0:00 And this video, I want to show you how to add prospects and customers into workflows. So one of the best ways is to have a Smartlist set up where you've, you know, you've got your lists up here created like of your prospects or your past customers, or if you want to add everybody in here, once you create smart lists, which I have a video on smart lists under the CRM section, it's really easy to add prospects to a workflow.

0:29 So let me show you the different ways. So once you select them, let's say you, when we want to add all of our prospects to a workflow, we'll click on prospects.

0:37 We highlight the people we want to add, and they want to click this little bot right here that says, add to campaign or workflow.

0:43 So click that. It will bring up this. Hey, we're adding these contacts over to it. Okay. To proceed. Do you want to do all at once or at a scheduled time, or do we want to drip them out?

0:54 You have to select which one you want. And then we have a dropdown where we can select our work workflows.

1:01 So we'll click that. And then we click add to campaign or workflow. Once you add them in, it will automatically start the workflow there.

1:09 Now there's a couple of other ways you can add to workflows. If you want to just do all, you can select all follow the same process, but you can also do it on the actual contact record.

1:20 So if you select the contact record, you can scroll down to the bottom and see down here where it says active campaigns or workflows you can click add, and then it'll let you select the workflow to add.

1:32 And at what time do you want to add them? Once you're done there, click add, and it should add them to the workflow.
